excellent room super clean room coffee machine

the rooms had excellent features. everything looked new and fresh. the staff was very helpful , especially one member at the bar. she were pretty good too fulfill a request. the room was super clean and it included a coffee machine and a nice shower.

the hotel did not replenish water in the room. also , the milk for coffee was left out randomly when i returned in the evening.

the location offered immediate access to transportation. i found very convenient access to piccadilly train station. i was pleased with the modern room and bathroom facilities.

the air conditioning unit emitted a slight noise. i noted this during the night.

the room had a balcony it was a beautiful queen room double bed city view. the breakfast offered a continental buffet. friendly staff provided excellent customer service.

the hotel only had one working elevator and it was very busy.
